Measure E Bond
In November 2018, Orinda voters approved a facility bond, Measure E, in the amount of $50,000,000 to update science, technology, engineering, art, and math classrooms; maintain libraries; upgrade technology infrastructure, construct, acquire, and repair classrooms.
Projects funded by Measure E are:

- OIS NEW Student Services Building
- Modernization - ALL schools
- Windows
- Insulation
Measure I Bond
In November 2018, Orinda voters approved a facility bond, Measure I, in the amount of $55,000,000 to upgrade classroom air conditioning, electrical, fire safety, security lighting, communications, camera systems, classrooms locks; update science, technology, engineering, art, math classrooms; construct, acquire, repair classrooms and facilities.

- Electrical upgrades - All School Sites
- Network and public announcement (PA)/Clock system - All Schools Sites

Project Description: Demolition of old classrooms, construction of a new building, relocation of counseling and administrative offices from the 30's wing, and addition of a Wellness Center, ADA accessible walkway and ramps, and covered pathways.

Project Description: Installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units in all instructional spaces in all schools. Districtwide mechanical and electrical upgrades were conducted to support the new HVAC units.

Project Description: Replacement of all single pane windows with dual pane windows, replacement of all wooden and old doors with metal doors, PA/Clock system upgrade in all classrooms and school spaces, installation of security cameras, insulation in classrooms, removal of old heating equipment and closets, painting of schools.
