Regular attendance is essential to student learning and success. We strongly encourage all students to attend school every day and ask families to schedule vacations and extended travel during non-school days whenever possible.

 

We understand, however, that there may be circumstances requiring planned absences, such as family commitments, religious observances, or other special situations. In these cases, families are encouraged to contact their child’s teacher and the school office in advance to request an Independent Study Agreement for work to be completed while the student is away.
