Local Control Accountability Plan

2024-2025 Local Control And Accountability Plan - Draft

The 2024-2025 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) DRAFT and 2024-2025 Budget will be considered during the June 3rd Board of Trustees Meeting. The LCAP plan and Board Presentation can be accessed below. The public may provide input until the end of Thursday, June 6th, by emailing the Superintendent, Aida Glimme, at aglimme@ousdschools.org or by making public comment during the Board meeting. The Board will take action to approve the LCAP and the Budget during the June 10th meeting.
 
The 2023-2024 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) & Annual Update was approved by the Board of Trustees at the June 12, 2023 Board Meeting.
 

The Orinda 2023-2024 LCAP Goals include required state priorities:

OUSD LCAP GOALS
  • Goal 1: Student Learning: Ensure universal student access to quality education, high academic standards, opportunities to learn, with appropriate supports to achieve high levels of academic success.
  • Goal 2: School Climate and Social Emotional Support: Provide for the social, emotional and physical health needs of students and foster inclusive and safe learning environments that promote engagement, connectedness and overall well-being of the school community.
  • Goal 3: Highly Qualified Staff: Recruit, develop, and retain highly skilled certificated, classified, and administrative staff.
  • Goal 4: Responsible Management of Resources: District will sustain and improve fiscal stability and effectively manage and maintain facility projects.
