Purchase Order

Employees who anticipate making purchases should request a Purchase Order issued to themselves with a "not to exceed" amount. Once the Purchase Order has been issued, the employee is authorized to make purchases.  Reimbursement for purchases should be submitted to the District Office within 30 days of the expenditure.

Mileage & Reimbursements

The Internal Revenue Service issues optional standard mileage rates used to calculate the deductible costs of operating an automobile for business. Beginning on January 1, 2021, standard mileage rates for the use of a car (also vans, pickups or panel trucks) will be 56.0 cents per mile for business miles driven. This new rate is down from the previous 57.5 cents.
