English Learners (EL)
English Learner Program
OUSD provides supplemental services to students for which English is a second language. Under the direction of the classroom teacher and the English Language Development teacher, EL students receive individual and small group instruction to become proficient in English as quickly as possible. All of our teachers have received specialized training in teaching English learners.
