Odyssey of the Mind

A new season of Odyssey of the Mind, an educational program for students of all ages, is just beginning!

Odyssey is for everyone who loves problem solving and thinking “outside the box.” It involves skit writing, costume and set design, engineering principals, and mostly teamwork! Coaches can teach skills, but otherwise serve only as guides - the teams must solve the problems themselves! No adult tells them how to do it - and students love that!

An information session for all families from Orinda schools is scheduled for Thursday, September 12 at 6:30-8 pm at the Glorietta MPR.  Please come with your children to find out more about the program, to learn how to start your own team or to try to get your child on an existing team.  All are welcome.  In the meantime, please feel free to contact Andrea Akel for more information.
